The primary role of 843 Real Estate is to provide effective management, advice and problem solving to facilitate the best return for investment. Being an effective liaison between the Owner interests and the Leasee Tenant requests is only the beginning. Our investment clients rely on our unparalleled trouble shooting, tenant compliance,vendor negotiation and communication skills to oversee their property,provide passive investment income, and remain removed from the day to day property responsibilities.

Primary Tasks

• The full and proper screening of an applicant's credit, rental history, criminal background check and confirmed job placement.

• Lease contracting, accepting rent and paying owners.

• Remediation regarding any maintenance issues, HOA covenants and restrictions.

• Maintaining market rent rates with a balance of minimal vacancy.

• Managing our clients property with analysis of market condition, rate of return vs transfer with 1031 Tax Exchange
